Hello, intuitive eating and intermittent fasting – or as I like to call them: "Eating when I darn well feel like it" and "Taking a foodie nap". The wisdom of age has taught me to embrace simplicity; thus, I've returned to whole foods - the kind without barcodes or neon-colored packaging. Think of it like Marie Kondo-ing your diet: if it doesn't spark joy or come directly from Mother Nature, into the bin it goes! Instead, I'm letting my body lead the dance of nourishment. And just a heads up, occasionally it leads me straight to dark chocolate.
