For years, I lived in the fast lane—balancing a high-powered corporate sales career while being a full-time caregiver to my mom. The constant hustle, stress, and societal expectations left me drained, overwhelmed, and struggling with my own health. But something had to change. I chose to rewrite my life on my own terms.

Today, I help women over 50 break free from burnout, simplify their lives, and reclaim their health. As a holistic nutritionist, impact coach, and content creator, I focus on realistic wellness strategies—whether it’s hormonal weight loss, fasting, or embracing a minimalist lifestyle in a busy city.

My journey into simple, intentional living took a major turn in 2020 when I was featured in Netflix’s Less is Now with The Minimalists. That experience sparked a passion for helping other women let go of clutter, stress, and societal pressure so they can thrive in midlife and beyond.
